Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

SplashCannon (operated by Cutline Studios — “we”, “us”) runs this pre-launch page to let you reserve a spot on our early-bird list. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

We do not collect payment information on this page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; this list is for adults.

What we use it for

We never sell your email. We never post fake counts of it either.

Who processes it

Your data is stored and processed by service providers we use to run this page: Vercel (hosting), Airtable (waitlist storage), n8n (automation), Resend (email delivery), PostHog and Vercel Analytics (analytics), and — when ads are running — Meta and TikTok advertising pixels for measuring ad performance. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies & pixels

We use analytics and (when campaigns are live) advertising pixels that may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and conversions. You can block these with browser settings or extensions and the page still works.

Your choices

California residents: you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We don’t sell personal information. EU/UK visitors: our lawful basis is consent (you typed your email in); you may withdraw it any time using the contacts above.

Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, we’ll note it here with a new date.
